1. General Terms
By accessing and placing an order on this website, you confirm that you agree to and accept all terms and conditions stated on this page. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of the website.
2. Order & Payment
- All prices are listed in US dollars and do not include import duties, taxes or customs fees of the destination country.
- Payment must be completed in full at checkout. Orders will not enter production until full payment is confirmed.
- We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including but not limited to pricing errors, invalid payment, or suspected fraudulent activity.
3. Production & Delivery
- All press-on nails are 100% handmade to order. Standard production takes 2-3 business days; heavy rhinestone and custom designs may take 4-5 business days.
- Delivery timeframes are estimates only and do not include production time. Delays caused by customs inspection, holidays, weather or logistics carriers are not within our responsibility.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping addresses. We are not liable for lost or undelivered packages caused by incorrect address information.
4. Product Use & Safety
- Press-on nails are cosmetic accessories for external use only. Please follow the included instructions for application and removal.
- We are not responsible for any allergic reaction, nail damage or personal injury caused by improper use, incorrect sizing or failure to follow usage guidelines.
- Due to the handmade nature, slight variations in color, shape and detail are normal and do not constitute product defects.
5. Intellectual Property
All product designs, images, text and brand content on this website are the exclusive property of the brand. Unauthorized reproduction, copying, resale or commercial use of any content is strictly prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services, including but not limited to loss of profit or business interruption. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount of your original order.
7. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update and modify these terms of service at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on the website. Your continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
