A: All our press-on nails are handcrafted to order. Orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. US delivery takes 8–13 business days after dispatch.

A: Yes. All US orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping, which is automatically applied at checkout.

A: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Q: How do I find my correct nail size?
A: Measure the width of each nail bed in millimeters, then match it to our size chart.
Q: Are your products safe for sensitive or natural nails?
A: Absolutely. We use medical-grade, hypoallergenic soft gel materials. They are gentle and non-damaging to natural nails.
Q: How long do the press-on nails last?
A: With proper application and daily care, they can last 2–3 weeks. Using the included nail glue gives the longest wear time; adhesive tabs are recommended for short-term wear.
Q: Can the nails be reused?
A: Yes. If you use adhesive tabs and remove them gently, the nails can be reused multiple times.
Application & Removal
Q: How do I apply the press-on nails?
A: Clean and dry your natural nails first, then apply with nail glue or adhesive tabs, and press firmly for 10–15 seconds. Avoid contact with water for 1 hour after application.
Q: How do I remove them properly?
A: For adhesive tabs: soak nails in warm soapy water for 10–15 minutes, then gently pry off from the edge. For nail glue: use a small amount of nail glue remover to dissolve the glue before removal.
Returns & After-sales
Q: What if my order arrives damaged?
A: We offer free replacement for damaged items within 30 days of delivery. Please send a photo of the damaged product and your order number to gemnailsart@gmail.com.
Q: Can I return or exchange my order?
A: Due to hygiene reasons, opened and used products cannot be returned or exchanged. Unopened, unused sets may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Please refer to our Return Policy for full details.
