At GemNailsArt, every order is a labor of love. Each set is individually hand-sculpted, inspected, and carefully packaged before it makes its way to you. Please review our shipping information below so you know exactly what to expect.
✦ Processing Time
All orders require 3–5 business days for production and quality inspection before dispatch. This handcrafting window ensures every set meets our exacting standards before it leaves our atelier. Orders placed on weekends or US public holidays will begin processing the next business day.
✦ US Delivery Timeframe
Once your order has been dispatched, standard delivery within the contiguous United States takes 10–18 business days. Please note that delivery windows are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or due to carrier delays outside our control.

✦ Free Shipping
We offer complimentary standard shipping on all US orders over $50. The discount is applied automatically at checkout — no code required. Orders below $50 are subject to a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout.
✦ Wholesale & Bulk Orders — Combined Shipping
For wholesale orders of 10 sets or more, all items will be consolidated into a single shipment to minimize packaging waste and reduce shipping costs for our partners. Please note:
- Bulk orders may require an additional 1–2 business days for packing and consolidation
- A combined shipping confirmation email with tracking will be sent once the full order is dispatched
- Partial shipments are not available for wholesale orders unless agreed upon in advance
- Wholesale shipping rates are calculated based on total order weight and destination at checkout
✦ Remote & Extended Delivery Areas
Deliveries to certain remote or rural US locations — including parts of Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and US territories — may incur an additional shipping surcharge, which will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address. Estimated delivery to these areas may extend beyond the standard 10–18 business day window.

✦ Order Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed to you within 24–48 hours of dispatch. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update with the carrier. If you have not received tracking details after 5 business days from your order date, please reach out to us.
✦ Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. GemNailsArt is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Address changes after an order has been dispatched cannot be guaranteed.
